- Conditions of use
The GENEVA PASS is valid from the time of first use and during the hours indicated on the card. It is valid for all institutions and activities mentioned in the brochure and online at www.geneva-pass.com and must be shown at each use. It is valid for one person only and must be fully completed. Each offer may only be used once. In cases of loss or non-use, the GENEVA PASS is non- refundable. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts. - Points of sale
You can buy the GENEVA PASS at the office of Geneva Tourism & Conventions, 18, rue du Mont-Blanc. Also available at the city centre coach station and in several Genevan hotels. You will find a list of all points of sale here.
- Terms of sale online
Payment to Geneva Tourism & Conventions by credit card. Reservations are final and cannot be changed or cancelled. No reimbursement will be made. Prices include VAT.

- How to obtain your GENEVA PASS
After buying your GENEVA PASS online, you will receive an email confirmation in the form of an exchange coupon which can be presented at one of the Geneva Tourism & Conventions offices:
